We live in a time overloaded with information. Social media is full of "you should do this" and "you shouldn't do that", and who knows if it's true or not. 1:1 training ensures that the way you are exercising is best suited for you! Exercise is not "one size fits all". While all forms of movement are beneficial and worthwhile, nothing compares to having a plan prescribed specifically to your needs. This is particularly important for pregnant and postpartum moms. Your situation is unique and deserves individual attention. Working with me eliminates the guess work, allowing you to focus on getting your workout in.

My training, experience, and education is in sport performance, strength and conditioning, and pregnancy/postpartum corrective exercise. This combination of expertise allows me to help people from all walks of life meet their specific goals.

Here's the process:

1) Fill out the short form below.

2) I will look over your inquiry and reach out to you via text or email to set up a video consultation.

3) Based on your goals, I will ask for specific assessment videos.

4) After evaluating your videos, we can have virtual, weekly meetings to do a training session together. The rest of your programming will be available via a 3rd party app.

*I believe it is important that you have the right personal trainer. I will look over your inquiry and maybe ask a few more questions. If I feel your specific situation needs more specialized attention, I will HAPPILY put you in touch with someone better suited to meet your needs. I have a wonderful network of fitness and health professionals who I can refer you to- maybe even someone in person.

I put a lot of time, attention, and detail into personalized training programs. I take your health seriously and I am dedicated to helping you reach your goals. When working with me, I ask that you make a commitment to show up for yourself. Motivation comes in waves- I am here to help you navigate rough waters and stay consistent. I want to make fitness is freeing, fun, and functional, but I can't do that without commitment from you.

1:1 programs require a 3 month commitment.
